                    VCT PACIFIC LEAGUE 2023
Hello everyone , its Magnus here and I am finally back . Hope ya fellas been doing good! So without wasting any more time , lets get into our topic for today — VCT Pacific League for 2023 and lets have a look at all the partnered teams from Asia for the next season of VCT.

On September 21, Riot Games revealed all the teams they have partnered with for the upcoming seasons of VCT. The information initially came out through a tweet from Riot and later was published into an article. Looking into the Pacific League, ten teams who got partnered include the following:- Detonation Gaming, Gen G Esports, DRX, Global Esports, Paper Rex, RRQ, T1 , Talon Esports, Team Secret and Zeta Division.
1. DETONATION GAMING :-
Starting off the list with Detonation Gaming, the organization is based on Japan, hosting many teams for multiple titles including Rainbow Six Seige, PUBG, Clash Royale, etc. The team was originally based around Counter Strike Online in 2012. One of the most notable esports title that Detonation Gaming focuses on is, League of Legends. Their roster competes in LJL , and comprises of players from Japan and South Korea.

2. GEN G ESPORTS :-
While this name is not particularly new for many League of Legends fans, however for those who arent aware, Gen G is one of the leading esports organisations in the world. They host one of the strongest teams in League of Legends in Korea. The organization was ranked ranked #6 in the 2020 Forbes list of the world’s most valuable esports companies. Although Gen G were rumored to secure VCT partnerships in Americas, however they got accepted into Pacific League.

3. DRX :-
The name shouldn't be a surprise for the valorant fans. The Korean Overlords, previously known as Vision Strikers, have been one consistent performers in international valorant competition. Making it to multiple official LANs throughout the years 2021 and 2022 , the Korean Giants are here to make a name for themselves in the history of VCT textbooks. Even after being so consistent in making it to VCT LANs, this team has not achieved any "trophy" yet, the recent being #3 on Valorant Champions 2022. Regardless, all the Korean fans have their eyes set on this team, hoping that they will achieve a major win, in the upcoming international tournaments.

4. GLOBAL ESPORTS:-
This organization is the last ray of hope for all the fans of competitive valorant from South Asia. Based in India, Global Esports has been a home to multiple teams across the globe competing in different esports titles. Previously, they had a bootcamp in Seoul, South Korea. Also, GE has been the only SA team which has represented India and South Asia, everytime at official VCT APAC circuit.

5. PAPER REX :-
Arguably, the best APAC team with the best roster competing in VCT, PRX managed to secure themselves a partnership spot. This team was Asia's best shot at the run for an official trophy in the year 2022. Sadly, in Masters Copenhagen, this team came second after losing to FPX in a thrilling Bo5 series. APAC fans couldn't be more happier with PRX securing one of the slots.

6. RRQ:-
Philippines' one of the best organisations to make it to the League, this team has been a home to many pros competing in different titles. RRQ is mainly based on mobile games like Mobile Legends Bang Bang, Arena of Valor, etc etc. With no Indonesian org making it to League, this team is rumoured to bring an all Indonesian lineup into the VCT Circuit.

7. T1 :-
Home to the Demon King of League of Legends, T1 has successfully bagged a spot into the Pacific League.

8. TEAM SECRET:-
Primarily known for their European Dota 2 team, Secret is based on Europe. The team has previously attended VCT Champions 2021 and secured 5th position there. For the upcoming 2023 circuit, Team Secret is rumoured to stick to their Filipino roster, however, with few *changes* in their lineup.

9. ZETA DIVISION:-
Zeta Division previously known as Jupiter entered Valorant in April 2020. This organization also holds the record of winning the Japanese Ignition Series and First Strike Japan. In 2022, they ended up 3rd position at Valorant Masters Reykjavik. Sadly after that the team couldn't make it to Masters Copenhagen and in Champions, ended their run, securing the 9th position.

10. TALON ESPORTS :-
Arguably, one of the best Thai organizations to make it to the League, Talon Esports will be the Thailand representatives at Pacific League. Some of their most famous lineups include Dota 2, Rainbow Six, League of Legends, etc etc.
