Team India Overwatch squad announced. Promising than ever!

Team India Overwatch official Twitter page announced the roster for the upcoming Overwatch World Cup.

Earlier this year, Blizzard entertainment,  developer of Overwatch announced that India will have slot in Overwatch World Cup 2023-Asia Pacific Qualifier.

India has been placed in Group B among Singapore, Australia, Thailand, Malaysia and New Zealand.

Top 2 in Group B will make it to Overwatch World Cup 2023 Main Event as the Asia Pacific representatives.

After the Open trials conducted by the Indian Overwatch Squad consisting of Coach

Nathan '*NatterOW*' Pitchaikani, GM

Shyam '*ShyamOW*' Venkatrami and Social Lead Shrey 'shine' Verma,

Team India has announced its squad which will battle it's way to the OWWC 2023.

The Roster consists of :

Akash '*AkashOW*' Jalasutram

Prashant '*CaptainPrash*' Gareja

Aabid '*Abbs*' Chaudhry

Anupam '*Pummy*' Terkonda

Arun '*Matrix*' Dunna

Pranav '*IronMan*' Nori

Tamal '*DT89*' Sarkar

All the players in the Indian squad have moved to Unites States and Great Britain but are Indians by Nationality except DT89, which  allows them to represent India in the Qualifiers.

With lot of Contenders/Collegiate OW experience under the Packets and sheer firepower this team is surely a force to be reckoned with.

The OW India Squad has put in great effort to form a good team that will represent India in the internationals and possibly bring the game back in India.
