North American Valorant scene wakes up, as current G2 player and former Sentinels player Shahzam gets into an argument with Sentinels CEO Rob Moore

Despite the VCT Season start being almost more than a month away, the scene has just woken up, thanks to a momentous twitter drama between ex Sentinels player Shahzam and the CEO of Sentinels, Rob Moore.

Sentinels twitter, put out a joke video about a roulette wheel labelling all there strats for the 2022 season, including "TenZ go do things" , "Stream" , "Tactical Crouch" etc. But, this quickly took a turn when Shahzam, who had played for Sentinels earlier said :

"oh yeah, one time I spun the wheel and it landed on “please play with shroud, we don’t care if you win just make it hype. we’ll personally guarantee you a spot in franchising if you do” "

He put forward allegations on Sentinels saying that shroud, who was another ex player for the Sentinels organization, was only brought into the organization for clout, and not for actual results. He also said that if he would agree to play with shroud, they would guarantee him a spot in the franchise league. But, as we know, Shahzam was dropped from the Sentinels team before heading into 2023.

This, did not seem to go well with the CEO of Sentinels, Rob Moore, who bashed the ex player by saying:

"It’s weird that since you left all you talk about is how you want to be with the organization, when for all of 2022 you behaved like you didn’t want to be here. It seems like you have returned to the focus you had in 2021. If so, G2 will be in great hands."

He replied by saying that the attitude of Shahzam had completely changed after leaving the organization, and it was almost as if Shahzam wanted to be in the organization for 2023, whereas in the previous year, he only acted as if he did not want to be there.

Replying to this, Shahzam doubled down on his allegations towards the false promise made by Sentinels of guaranteeing him a spot in the league if he agreed to play with shroud, which he did, but, was still dropped from the team later on, to which the CEO also replied.

Although this was just a small thread of tweets exchanged between the two, other partnered orgs such as NRG and Cloud 9 also seemed to take advantage of this banter, and stepped in with there own creative tweets.
