eISL S2 comes to an end. NorthEastUnited crowned as champions!

e-Indian Super League started on 28 February 2023 with a single round-robin format where the top 22 Indian eFIFA professionals will go head to head for the ultimate glory, championship and ticket into ASIA-S Playins in FGS.



Indian e-National team stars Charanjot joined Bengaluru FC and Saransh joined Northeast United through the qualifiers.

Youngsters V-Sharma and Aadizema represented Goa FC and went undefeated throughout the group stage, going 8 wins and 1 draw.

Chennaiyin FC, eISL S1 winners missed out to secure the Playoff spot by losing their final group stage game to Kerala Blasters FC.

Playoffs started with *BFC* and *KBFC* winning *HFC* and *MCFC* respectively in their Quarter Final matchup.

Undefeated * GFC*were waiting for *BFC* however Charanjot and Sagnik pulled back the game, securing the Grand Finals spot.
On the other hand *NEUFC* won *KBFC* in a fairly dominating fashion, Saransh was ready for his second eISL finals.

The finals promised a lot of action as the Indian Superstars *Charanjot* and *Saransh* locked horns. Finals started with Charanjot winning 4-1 against Saransh, giving *BFC* a massive first-game lead. *NEUFC* pulled it back after the Saransh-Emaad duo won 8-7 against Charanjot-Sagnik.
The final set between Emaad and Sagnik was the decider, Emaad stepped up to the occasion and won the game 3-2 giving NEUFC their first eISL title and Saransh his second.

The entire eISL S2 was filled with close, strategic, high-intense football matches and we wish to see the same in Season 3.
